ABOUT CODEINE

Grapefruit Juice (GFJ)- I'd toyed with the idea of utilizing grapefruit juice for some time but have read blended reports. Recently I read through that it would not inhibit CYP2D6 but rahter 3A4 that is liable for conversion of codeine into norcodeine. In theory by inhibiting 3A4 you allow far more codeine for 2D6 to grow to be morphine. After read
